For a universe that kept growing
Thank you,
Hello Games.
Ten years of discovery, community, creativity—and reasons to look toward the next horizon.
A personal transmission
No Man's Sky did not simply give me somewhere to go. It gave me something to build.
This is not a review or a list of features. It is a record of gratitude—for the worlds, the people, and the part of myself I found while wandering among them.

You opened a universe and invited us to step into it.
Ten years ago, you gave us a horizon and the freedom to choose what waited beyond it. Since then, through years of extraordinary free updates, you have kept returning to that universe—expanding it, reshaping it, and giving all of us new reasons to come home.
No Man's Sky became much more than a game I played. It became a place where I could pour my time, imagination, curiosity, and creativity. I have wandered across worlds simply because the light was beautiful. I have collected ships, studied anomalies, chased phantom stars, and stopped in the middle of a journey just to take in a sky that felt as though it had been waiting for me.
The screenshots on this page are only a few of those moments: places that made me pause, smile, and remember how lucky I am to be part of this universe.

The people between the stars
The most important discoveries were people.
No Man's Sky introduced me to an amazing community. I found people to explore with, learn from, help, and create alongside. Those connections eventually gave me the confidence to found Civitas Archivum XVI—a small civilization built around exploration, preservation, research, and the belief that every discovery matters.
“The universe was never empty. We filled it with one another.”
From exploring to creating
You gave me a reason to learn.
Somewhere along the way, my time in No Man's Sky also became time spent learning. I began building Discord bots, websites, maps, identity systems, archives, and community tools. I strengthened my coding skills, learned more about bringing people together, and discovered how much I love creating systems that help communities thrive.
So much of what I now know began with one simple thought:“Wouldn't it be cool if our No Man's Sky community could do this?”
That is an extraordinary gift for a game to give someone.

Ten years · Still moving forward
Thank you for continuing to believe in this universe.
Thank you for every free update, every strange new world, every ship, creature, expedition, storm, ruin, and impossible view. Thank you for returning again and again with something new to discover—and for allowing the community to keep believing in this universe with you.
No Man's Sky has given me memories, friendships, projects, skills, and a creative home. That reaches far beyond anything I expected when I first stepped onto an unknown world.

The journey continues
Ten years later, I am still looking toward the next horizon.
Here's to every world still waiting, every Traveler we have yet to meet, and every new beginning hidden just beyond the next star.
Thank you, Hello Games. Truly. 🩷
